The level of self-talk that you must use to create meaningful and sustainable change is REPLACEMENT PICTURES.
Another word for this level of self-talk is “affirmations”.
The affirmation gives you the vision
The vision gives you the emotion
The emotion generates subconscious power
Using the affirmation process is the best way to change your thought patterns and change your life.
BUT IT’S NOT EASY.
